Meet the Board of Directors

Thomas Jackson
President

In 2008 Kim and I had a new home built in Fall Creek and we moved in that November. We choose Fall Creek for its location, being family oriented and the overall beauty of the development.

I have been working in the Oil & Gas industry for the past 44 years with the last 25 years at Bechtel, Oil & Gas Division here in Houston. My occupation with Bechtel is managing Control Systems engineering and design. I have a BS in Electrical Engineering and my work has taken me across the globe for engineering, design, construction and startup.

One of my assignments has been the Control Systems Global Chief. My experience in managing large teams in Houston and oversite of other offices such as London, Calgary, New Delhi and Shanghai gives me experience in dealing with diverse issues.

For the community in Fall Creek I have been involved with the issues concerning P-133, the perennial waterway that runs through Fall Creek on the west side of the development. I have engaged the County Commissioner’s Court, Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD), Commissioner Jack Cagle, Water Control and Improvement District (WCID) 96 and Congressman Gene Green in encouraging their help to get repairs started sooner than later.

Jennifer Grillo
Vice President
My husband and I have lived in Fall Creek for 6 years. I am an attorney, but my primary focus has been raising our two daughters that go to Fall Creek Elementary. I received my B.A. in Government from the University of Texas and my Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. Prior to becoming a medical malpractice defense attorney, I worked for the United States House of Representatives in the Office of the Majority Whip and Tom DeLay’s Congressional Office.

I am professional and very personable. My strengths include strong analytical and problem-solving skills. I can be pragmatic or think outside the box depending upon the circumstances. I am extremely organized (in my professional life ☺) and detail oriented, yet I am able to maintain sight of the overall picture and the ultimate goals to be accomplished. As an attorney, I am able to look at a situation from all perspectives and analyze the success or failure of a proposal including any unintended consequences. I have been very involved in Fall Creek and have planned and/or participated in many of the community events.

Stephen Kradjian
Treasurer
I’ve lived in Houston for over twenty years and resided in Fall Creek since 2009 with my wife and two children. I earned an MBA in Finance from Rice University and have over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate. I currently oversee the Asset Management group at Boxer Property, and have also served on the home owners association at the Willow Meadows subdivision in Houston. We enjoy traveling, sports and cooking.

Emily Trevino
Secretary

My husband, Kristian, and I have lived in Fall Creek with our three children, Kayden (11), and Carolina and Olivia (1) since August 2015. My son attends Fall Creek Elementary and participates in Ukulele club, Heatwave soccer, Fall Creek Flying Fish, and is an avid fisherman. My daughters volunteer their time cheering on their brother at his various events.

In 2007, I graduated from Angelo State University with a degree in Biology. After a decade in the health insurance industry, I opened and currently run my own agency that operates statewide.

Fall Creek is a wonderful place to call home for our family. We are an active family and enjoy spending most of our time outdoors in our community. The beautiful landscaping, well-maintained amenities, and fun social gatherings are what truly make our neighborhood a close yet unique community. We are also blessed to have fluid and positive relationships with various private organizations and governmental entities that want to contribute to the betterment of our community.

As a member of the Board I intend to use objective thinking, proactivity, and effective communication skills, and customer service experience to serve our neighborhood. I believe in representing one united voice for our residents of all villages and the various community outreach groups and committees representing us.
